From now on I am going to write this in my bio:

Mary Phillips-Sandy divides her time between Portland, Maine; New York City; Los Angeles; Krakow; and maritime Canada.

I have decided there is no good reason why the division of time must be limited to present time at the exclusion of past time, future time, hypothetical time.
